Open Play Policy

Due to a growing number of "no-shows," if you must cancel your session, we require that you remove your name by 6PM the day before you are scheduled to play. If you remove your name after, or do not attend the session, we will charge you for the session.
If you clear the waiting list before 10 PM the day before , you are expected to attend the session. If you do not show you will be charged. If you realize you cannot attend the session, you must remove yourself from the play list, before 10pm.
If you clear the waiting list after 10 PM the day before , you will not be charged if you do not show. However if you could remove your name from the play list to give someone else a chance to play that is appreciated.
If you cannot attend a session, you cannot give that slot to someone directly. It will not be fair as others are already on the waiting list.
Note: For Social League only: members who signed up for a montly league can arrange for substitutes since their session fees are already paid and nonrefundable.

We strongly encourage all players to pay for their sessions in advance using our LPC store page. This will speed up the check in process at the door.
